The following Booking Conditions together with the General Information contained in all of our brochures form the basis of your contract with Privilege OÜ. Web address: www.partybusriga.com.com Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions, “you” and “your” means the lead name on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). “We”, “us” and “our” means Privilege OÜ
Making your booking The person making the booking (“the party leader”) must be at least 18 and must be authorized to make the booking on the basis of these Booking Conditions by all persons named on the booking. By making the booking, the party leader confirms that he/she is so authorized and that all party members agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to us or all payments can be proceed individually (that case we will send you a special instructions). Once we have received your booking and all appropriate payments, we will, confirm your holiday by issuing a confirmation invoice and booking details. This invoice will be sent to the party leader or your travel agent. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within 5 (five) days of our sending it out and 5 (five) days for tickets.
Select the preferred payment method to use on this order: Bank Transfer, PayPal or Cash On Delivery. It’s doesn’t matters, what payment method you choose, we will ask you to deposit in 20% percentage in advance.
Changes by you Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed holiday, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellation by you Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your chosen holiday once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us at our offices.
Loss of deposit (party bus prepayment) – Paying the deposit, you confirm the status of the reservation of the event. In case of cancellation of the booking, keep in mind, that the deposit is not refundable to the customer. The time and date of most events are booked in advance, therefore, we are financially responsible in case of cancellation of booking by you, since this time might be occupied by another customer. In any case, we consider each separate case associated with cancellation and in accordance with the situation, we do make a decision.
In case of cancellation, please notify us by e-mail or phone indicated on the company website.
Additional notes: No refunds will be given in respect of activities which you book and then do not take part in whilst on holiday (for example you miss the start time of the activity because you have overslept, are hungover or under the influence of drugs or simply change your mind).
Force majeure Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss (as more fully described in clause 10(1) below) as a result of “force majeure”. In these Booking Conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, biological hazard, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
